Basic rooms lacking coziness. And in the room I had (2) the squeaking noise of the floor planks from 2 rooms down could clearly be heard. Not much fun when this person gets up before 6 am. The sound insulation is an issue. Apart from that the service is good and breakfast excellent.

Lounge area with sofa and TV, separate area with a desk about 10ft wide. Room with a large and very comfortable bed and another room with large bath and separate shower. Top quality in food and location, next to the canal. You can have a nice event here with friends and family. I can highly recommend it. Staff is friendly and tries to cater to everyone's needs. The food was tasty and delivered in time ( the steak was excellent). Kids have ample space to run around and play. In front of the restaurant there is a large parking area for customers.
