This was a disappointing stay. The Archer bought out another hotel and updated it to add to their portfolio. We moved to this hotel from their three star hotel in Falls Church to be closer to our son. We had a better quality experience in the 3 star. They forgot to give us the $25 coupon to use in either of the two restaurants so on our last day when we had breakfast we were told we needed it and ...

We had the most wonderful stay at The Archer in November celebrating our Anniversary. Everything from the beautiful room, to the extra amenities like cozy robes and slippers, to the extremely attentive staff was just perfection. We both agreed it's in our top 3 favorites stays, they have somehow created the the perfect balance charm and service we love in a top tier bed and breakfast with the luxu...

The TV was pretty dated, not a smart TV. It was pretty disappointing, about 20 basic channels and no ability to connect for"smart"options, bring a tablet, it will be a better experience. The bathroom was more than spacious but it seemed a bit out of place. Two shower heads that didn't overlap, a large bench to I guess sit in the shower that wasn't reached by the water, not sure why. It seemed luxu...

Cute quaint place in the heart of Alexandria. Clean, easy to park on the street. Great welcome gifts. They have complementary slippers. Right on a walkable street full of shops and eateries. Not too far from DC, the train station and everything else. Beautiful spot. This is my go to place when I come back to VA. Definitely will stay again. The homegrown restaurant on the bottom is a gem. Love it h...

I stayed in the Archer Den room for two nights, and it was a magical time. The staff was pleasant, the room was very comfortable, and I really enjoyed reading and taking in the views from my balcony. The tub was really big and comfortable as well. My only downsides were that the refrigerator was broken in the room, and that the balcony door did not lock, which made me a little uneasy as a female w...
