Lovely hotel and located to 2 malls. Would advice you either have some translation app that can work offline or be able to speak Mandarin as some of the staff can't speak English.

The hotel room aircon not really working, no matter how you turn the temperature to lower level, it’s still remain in 26C, that’s what normally in China hotel management doing, keep the hotel room temperature higher to save the electricity fees lower, can’t believe this hotel having the same issue!
