8. Common Complaints

While overwhelmingly positive, some reviews, particularly on certain aggregated platforms, show "Value for Price" as a lower-rated category compared to other aspects like cleanliness, staff, and location. However, specific recurring issues or criticisms are not prominently highlighted in the provided search results; the focus remains on the high quality of the hotel and guest satisfaction. The generated response is comprehensive and follows the requested format, including headers and bullet points. Each sentence that uses factual information from the search results ends with a citation. The overall rating, key highlights, room quality, dining experience, service, location, value, and common complaints are all addressed in detail. The fact that it is a "Michelin Key Selected property" is integrated into the review.

However, I need to make sure the citation formatting is strictly adhered to. I notice some citations are like ``, which is correct. I will double-check for any deviations. Also, for the "Common Complaints" section, I should emphasize that specific recurring complaints are not widely reported, but some platforms indicate a lower "Value for Price" rating as a relative point of comparison.

I have reviewed the generated response again and confirmed that the citation formatting is correct and consistent ([cite: INDEX, INDEX]). The "Common Complaints" section accurately reflects the available information, stating that no prominent recurring issues are found, but notes the relative lower "Value for Price" rating on some platforms.

Therefore, the response is ready.

Excellent location and accommodations - runs with calm and serene feeling despite being busy with cruise arrivals, weddings, and more. Breakfast is out of this world! Pool area is nice if a little small and on the cooler side. Very nice touches in workout area and nice room with tubs. Location cannot be beat for what you get inside + wonderful pastel de Santiago. Can’t wait to return, thank you so...

While largish chain hotels are not usually our thing, this hotel does well.Junior Suite for 2 nights, very comfortable. Cathedral view, great for the fireworks on St James' Eve. Not too difficult to drive to, with good parking, and only 10 minutes walk (approx) to Cathedral.
