I went there in the end of 2025 and booked the deluxe suite. One of the main features of the room is the free standing bath tub. When I arrived, another room was given to me. The room did not resemble what I booked at all. The room was way smaller and it was missing some of the furnitures as shown on the website and the bath tub as well. Neither the receptionist nor an email exchange afterwards...

Such a wonderful gem in West Berlin. Staff were amazing, our rooms were both beautiful, bar was delightful. Elegant, well priced for the value and truly a special spot! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I had a reservation at Provocateur to celebrate my wedding anniversary. It went mostly ok, the room itself was nice. But my plans were kind of ruined when I found out that their restaurant was closed. We need to head out last minute to find a place to eat, which wasn’t in the plans at all since we just wanted to have a couple drinks and a snack and then head upstairs. I was a bit upset that this i...

The hotel made an interesting and atmospheric impression. The first impression was quite pleasant. However, upon check-in, the reception staff did not seem very welcoming: my request to change the room was met with a rather strange reaction. In the end, the room was changed, which I appreciate. The reason for my request was the persistent smell of cigarettes in the room. I was a bit surprised that...

My only issue with the room was with the bathroom sink, which was automated like a public restroom. It made it difficult to control water flow and temperature. I didn't interact with the staff much, but when I did they didn't impress me. I reported that the in roo...

A bit underwhelmed. Expected more after all I read about it. They certainly believe in themselves, which is fine, but I felt they were more into themselves than into the guests, which in hospitality is a real flaw. It was ok, but not more
