What a gem. Everything about our stay was perfect, Nathalie’s friendliness and hospitality, massive room, cleanliness, delicious food and beautifully furnished. Not many people would take on such a big project like this but Nathalie has done it with such good taste and retaining the spirit of the school. A perfect lesson to others learning how to run such a place. Grand Merci et chapeau! Patrick

We loved everything about our stay, the town, the beautiful house but hospitality was the highest point. We can’t think of a better hostess than Natalie, she was available, generous and thoughtful. We will never forget the meals she prepared for us.

Hotel located in the quiet and charming village of Ambronay. The building used to be the old local primary school and the amazingly decorated rooms retain some of the original furniture. Nathalie is an excellent host and the breakfast she prepared, based on fresh local food, was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great and unique experience. Definitely recommended!

It was a surprisingly lovely short stay on our way from Belgium to Italy. The school turned into hotel is done with so much love and filled with so much authentic details. And all facilities were super comfy. Breakfast was just a feast and Nathalie is the best host you can imagine.
