The absolute best afternoon tea in Ireland. I would consider myself well experienced in afternoon tea having done all the major ones (and some minor) around Dublin and Ireland. Westbury was always one we didn't do, until this year. And to say I regret not trying it sooner is an understatement. This is, the best afternoon tea in Ireland. It whoops every other one, and the biggest part of that is t...

Hotel is beautiful but we were not informed of the construction which disrupted our entire stay. This was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip to Ireland in mid-August. After a long flight from the US we were delighted to be offered early checkin. However we quickly realized why the room was available, there was construction right above our room. Banging, knocking, sawing, we could hear the ti...

My wife and myself were very lucky to spend our first wedding anniversary in The Westbury over the Christmas period. To say that we were blown away by the Westbury is an understatement. The location and proximity to Dublin City centre is second to none. We enjoyed both pre and post dinner drinks in the Sidecar and an amazing Dinner and breakfast in Wilde. Leading up to our stay we were in touch wi...

Wonderful afternoon tea experience in the Westbury. The service was terrific- they were very attentive during the first half of our seating, but gave us space to relax and chat in the latter half. The food was excellent, and they even sent out a small treat as we were celebrating an anniversary. Overall, a great experience.

We recently celebrated my mother’s 90th birthday with afternoon tea at The Westbury and it was nothing short of outstanding. We were seated in the most wonderful spot and enjoyed impeccable service from start to finish. The afternoon tea itself was exceptional—the cakes and sandwiches were beautifully prepared and bursting with flavour, and the scones were light, fluffy, and simply heavenly. The e...

Highly recommend this Hotel, one of the best hotel experiences ever and I've been all over the world. The staff are what makes it. We ate in the Wilde restaurant and it was a very special experience. Food was delicious and portions were massive. We drank in the and Lee looked after us. Such a gentleman. Thanks to all the staff who looked after us in the Westbury.
