Beautiful rooms and resort! The rooms were spacious and super clean. The service was attentive and staff was very kind and informed. A little far way from city centre but worth the drive. I would highly recommend if you want a getaway from the busy city. The male server at the Mekong (Thai restaurant) was very nice. Nizar et Ahmed were really friendly and kind.

The Hotel Guest Experience Manager, Mr. Nizar Saidi, is exceptionally warm-hearted and hospitable. He helped us arrange two excursions, both of which were truly unforgettable. Our tour guide, Eimad, was very knowledgeable, and our safari driver, Hakim, was a polite, kind young man,yet a highly professional driver. The resort is nestled in the middle of nowhere and we were thrilled to enjoy the 3 days. The front took no less than 20 minutes to check us in, never apologizing for it either. Then a nice man takes us to our room which smelled off. But ...
