The rooms are nice and the property is in a good location. However, the service could be improved, as there seems to be a lack of attention to detail, particularly in communication. First, our payment for the airport transfers was initially overlooked. Second, the scheduled time for our transfer to the airport was recorded incorrectly, even though we provided the details twice. We were also disa...

Everything was good except breakfast. There was a lot of options but something is missing. Anyway, we had a wonderful stay in this hotel. I love the room however the view is disappointing. Our view is an abandoned and creepy restaurant I think. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The size of the room is perfect. It was big. The pool was nice and clean.

The hotel is well located and directly on the beach, offering good opportunities for swimming and water activities. Around the hotel and along the beach, there are many cafés and restaurants. I gave three points for the service for the following reasons: 1. On the day of our arrival, there was a party in the hotel late at night, around 23:30. It was very noisy, and we were not informed in advance...

Excellent location and hotel and staff, let down by sub standard food. Stayed here for 10 nights and loved the location and hotel facilities includin the pools. Such as shame that the food does not match the hotel standard. We would have gladly spent the money eating at the restauarant every night rather than go out and eat elsewhere. Would have given 5 stars all along if not for the lack of food ...

Very disappointed with my stay. The Lind Boracay seems to prioritize event revenue over in-house guests. Closed Amenities: The Infinity Pool was closed for a private function with zero pre-arrival notice. Noise: Extremely loud event music lasted until 10:00 PM. Crowded Beach: The private beach was mostly taken over by the event, forcing all staying guests into a cramped, tiny area. It feels li...
