This hotel charges luxury prices and upon arriving I was very impressed with the grounds and property. My husband and I decided to do a weekend getaway and had to cut it short due to safety concerns at this hotel. The door to our room would not stay locked. The hotel still uses regular locks and keys for their rooms rather than key cards. We got to our room and noticed there wasn’t a deadbolt, but...

We had a lovely experience at the Kenwood Inn over Christmas. We were able to check in early and were upgraded to a bigger room without even asking. We were given a lovely tour of the property upon arrival and the staff was there for anything we needed. The property is so stunning I highly recommend going, well worth it!

Absolutely wonderful boutique resort-style hotel. This really elevated our Sonoma visit. Breakfast by the fire in the courtyard really set up each day in an amazing way. The pool and spa are perfectly sized. Ordering snacks and drinks by the pool is super easy and the options are perfect. Don’t miss the wine tasting happy hour—it’s perfectly timed just before dinner. I can’t say enough about this...

Great customer service, the tour of the hotel check in was great as was the encouragement to eat as many of the homemade cookies as we’d like 🙂. We enjoyed the big outdoor hotub and our spacious room with a fireplace.

Not worth the luxury prices. They do not have a generator so you may pay a premium just to go without power or air conditioning. The spa is very good as the masseuses did a great job but the overall service is inconsistent. The customer service isn’t what would be expected.

Loved this place! It is beautiful, comfortable and has all the amenities one could want and need. The grounds are quaint and remind me of the Secret Garden. The staff was always friendly and attentive. The beds were so comfortable and I could live forever in the robes. The water pressure was wonderful and our room was spacious and well appointed. The fireplace was a lovely touch. The free breakfas...
