We have enjoyed the resort from beginning to end. The property is furnished in good taste. Above all, the resort experience was complimented by the exceptional friendly customer service from Mr. Makeshi Matsubara. He is the gem of this exquisite resort.

The waitress and waiters here are extremely amicable and helpful. The food's rather salty, otherwise scrumptious. The rooms are modern Western style including an onsen which is amazing. The water temperature(whilst showering)is sometimes inconstant.

Nice large rooms with in-room hot bath or onsen. The property was somehow in a location where you could hear crows all the time. It was hard to keep the room balcony door open as the crows were very noisy. What a pity. Food was so so. Dining service level felt like the staff do not have the right experience. Not really 5* star. More like 3* star.
