We booked an upgraded city view room the city was there, the upgrade less so and the curtain situation in the lobby what is that about? The welcome plate (two macarons and a brownie) tasted suspiciously like it had been thawed 10 minutes earlier. We were also meant to get a glass of prosecco on arrival… presumably st...

The service from every member of staff here is really second to none. They made so much effort to make the day special for us. Trisha and Sarah even acted as our witnesses and were superb cheerleaders. Trisha particularly went above an...

I recently had a complimentary stay at this establishment to compensate for a previous stay which was less than desirable. I held off reviewing the hotel until I had given the chance at redemption and I'm glad I did. There were a multitude of problems during the initial stay but the complimentary stay has definitely won me over. The service was fantastic, friendly staff and an absolutely phenomena...

Had to change rooms during the night but the air con still wouldn't work so they gave us 2 plug in heaters . The following morning we had to deal with obnoxious I'll trained staff who didn't want to know about our issues .. I would suggest t...

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay back in November to celebrate our engagement. The room was clean, spacious, and looked great. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast I’ve had in Belfast!
