Outstanding in every way. The building itself is stunning with so much glass to appreciate the views. The spa is beautiful. The staff are perfectly balanced between professional and friendly, the 2 owners being very hands on and caring. Should really be a 5 star, maybe only amenity (its small) of a pool or something holding it back. A very special place. ….oh and the foods not bad.

The rooms and hotel are immaculately clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The spa is perfect after a long day of hiking. The staff is unbelievably professional and friendly. The wine pairings both nights paired...

We had dinner at Terra to celebrate my partner's birthday. Every dish is very well presented and the service is impeccable - but for some reason it feels something is lacking and though the dishes taste good there isn't a dish which I would remember for life (there's just not that "wow" flavour I was looking for). That said it's still a very good meal (esp the lemon bread is really refreshing).
