Easily the least impressive Taj hotel in Chennai! Never felt welcome here, and the staff were cold as ice.. welcome drink was not offered to us though I saw other guests having it..breakfast was just above average, and not as good as Connemara.. had to wait for 25 min to get my car from valet parking when checking out, and not an apology offered either.. definitely never going back here! 🙂
