Wandered past for a couple of drinks while staying in Zurich for a winter break, server that was working on the 8th of December 9pm was amazing. The hotel has a great location. Breakfast is top quality. The rooms are well presented and I had a balcony. The roof top bar has lovely views. Sadly there is no priority for hotel guests on seating/tables. Majority of the staff are fantastic. There are electrical bikes that you can use complimentary. Encountered some issues, yet the Management were fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.
