Additionally, the facility is not wheelchair accessible due to its architectural structure.

Overall, our experience at Soneka was very positive. The food was delicious, the hot spring water was excellent, and the staff were kind and professional. However, there was a serious safety concern that cannot be overlooked. The floor in the indoor hot spring area was extremely slippery. Despite being very careful, my mother slipped and was seriously injured. There were no warning signs or anti...

Our family of four stayed here over New Year's. Although it was a time of year when there was unusually little snow for Hokkaido, the location was great and we were able to enjoy the huge Kuroyu hot spring pool even in the cold season. Every single dish was delicious. The service was also attentive, which made for a very relaxing time. However, I think the New Year's Day breakfast menu could have ...

[2025.10] Nitai Accommodation The rooms are divided into a bedroom and dining area. The tent sauna and campfire are very enjoyable. The Moron Hot Springs are particularly wonderful, and the food provided by the on-site chef, which includes breakfast and dinner, was delicious. It's conveniently located near the airport and the city center. I would 100% return.

A place completely close to nature, the children loved the hot spring baths, and you'll appreciate every design detail while staying here. Reading about the hotel in a magazine will make you want to explore and understand the designer's intentions and philosophy even more. We were very fortunate to experience a brief heavy snowfall at the end of October, experiencing two seasons at once. Thanks t...
