Had a really great stay at R Hotel Experiences. The room was clean, comfy, and just what I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with tips. Breakfast had plenty of good options too. Plus, the location is really convenient. Definitely would stay again!

Super rude and bad hotel staff lady that was working this morning. I parked my car at the Tesla Supercharger and wanted to use the restroom. A Dutch couple before me was allowed, but I was not. The lady who was working today refused to let me use the restroom, even though I was with my child.

Nice hotel but with a few points of interest… Staff is just very nice and speaks very well English. The room was clean on the first sight but in the caulk was mold….. and the floor was sticky. Breakfast is very nice and delicious! Wellness: Pool is great! Jacuzzi is great! Sauna as well! As many others have mentioned, the hotel is quite dirty. The rooms and spa are not well-maintained and feel rather run-down. I also wouldn’t recommend the massage—it was not enjoyable at all. The location is quite good though.

We got to the hotel and checked in, at no point were we told that the twin beds we booked were unavailable. Instead the booked us into 2 double rooms.
