This appears to be an isolated incident given the overall high praise for the hotel.
- Breakfast Cost: Some guests have found the breakfast to be "a bit expensive", especially as it is usually an additional charge.
- Front Desk Hours (Older Information): An older review mentioned the front desk not being manned 24 hours a day. However, more recent information from the Michelin Guide indicates a 24-hour front desk is available.

BEAUTIFUL! The staff were absolutely wonderful. So friendly and good with children. The breakfast was out of this world- so much selection. The bed was beyond comfortable (I have chronic pain and for the first time in months I slept an entire night!). The shower was spacious, plenty of hot water and lots of toiletries that smelt wonderful. The hotel is so close to the centre, but very quiet also....

We booked the hotel on their website, 130euro per night on a Friday. The room is great, I especially love their bed, very comfy. The breakfast is good and the staffs at front desk are friendly. Very convenient location. We stayed in room 21, just that the room is a bit hot so we opened a little bit of the window, but then there was some noise from time to time during the night.

Absolutely unprofessional and uninterested in providing good service. “We cannot guarantee you certain room, you will know which room you will have the day you arrive”. I used to work as a receptionist and I can be sure it’s absolutely ridiculous. In any of the systems they might use you definitely can choose certain room to provide great service to your guests. But here we see, that guests are no...

I got woken up by very disturbing heavy food smell in the early morning 🤢🤢😵💫😷😷. It is freaking 5:30 am and as if hotel’s breakfast buffet is being prepared in my freaking room . 😵💫😵💫 It is my sweet vocation day 1 and I want to sleep for god sake 🥱🥱🥱. Hotel location is great, not sure about other rooms but avoid booking Sablon Mansion Suite if getting up at 5 is not on your plan...

Lovely hotel in a great, central location. Easily walkable from the train station and great for a break in between sightseeing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very quiet, you may hear neighbors mumbling but can easily sleep through it. Beds were comfortable; however, my room didn’t have a closet or any option for hanging clothes. Breakfast overpriced - plenty of more reasonable options arou...

Review of Boutique Hotel Sablon by CW Hotel Collection, Bruges The hotel has very good facilities and the overall design and room quality meet the expectations of a boutique hotel. At check-in, the male receptionist was friendly, professional, and efficient, which left a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the check-out experience the next day was disappointing and confusing, and it signi...
