- Room Temperature: Some guests have found rooms to be a bit warm, particularly in colder weather when the central air is on heating mode, making it difficult to sleep.
- Limited Storage: As mentioned, a lack of sufficient drawer and hanging space in some rooms can be an inconvenience for storing clothes and belongings.
- Restaurant Service/Food (Isolated Incidents): While many reviews praise the dining, there was an isolated complaint about slow service and "nothing special" food in the restaurant. However, this contrasts with numerous positive dining experiences.

What a great hotel, the room was lovely, with a great shower and very comfortable bed, but it is the staff who make it, from the lovely team at reception who booked us a taxi for 5.30am and made sure we had a breakfast box because we were missing the great hotel breakfast or the lovely staff in the restaurant, who were so helpful and attentive. I would happily go back to Porto and stay in this hot...

It wasn't my first time in this Hotel. What I like of this hotel is the location and the room. This time my room was faced to the Brasieliera Hotel and it was soo nice. The room was spacious, clean and very well decorated. The only issue was the room temperature, at some point was 26°, was impossible to reduce it and I reported the problem but nothing was done. The breakfast is very good, you can...

We stayed one night at PortoBay Hotel Teatro and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, the room and bed were comfortable, and they even left us snacks when we went out. Breakfast was good, the location is convenient, and we’d happily stay here again when visiting Porto.

Well located hotel with friendly staff and reasonable sized rooms. We stayed in a twin room for 2 nights. Only issue we had was with the bathroom, where one could potentially 'lock' yourself in if you covered entrance too much with door. You would have to squeeze your hand into the gap to open it. Luckily this scenario did not happen during our stay! Nice view of the street just outside the hotel ...

Beautiful hotel. Nicely appointed rooms. Excellent staff. You can choose the breakfast included option. We did so, in order to know where to have a quick breakfast before our tours. Breakfast was delicious and included a wide selection of foods. very happy with this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the PortoBay. The hotel room was not large, but it was cozy and very comfortable and very clean! My favorite parts were the extremely comfortable bed and the very cool shower. The room was quiet--I didn't hear any neighbors although I know that I had neighbors on one side. Also, right outside the hotel, in easy walking distance was many interesting sites (like the tra...
