Luxurious hotel in an old Gent building, beautifully decorated in a calming contemporary style. When you arrive at reception their signature scent in the air, warmly welcomes you. An excellent location, a 5 min stroll to the centre of the old town of Gent. The hotel has a cafe/ bar with waiter service and two restaurants. Lof, a gastronomic taster menu restaurant and Oliver bistro. Our room was st...

Stayed here between Christmas and New Year with my partner. Staff were informative and friendly, offering a smooth check in and a room upgrade upon arrival, as well as local suggestions. The room was very clean and modern with a comfy bed and fresh towels/robes and black out curtains. It had a lovely view of the main building. The spa and pool were very clean, calm and smelt divine, with towels/ro...

Nice rooms and great Hotel, but breakfast is very basic unfortunately. No a la carte Menu, small Buffet, exactly the same every day and boring. Disappointing, especially for this price. For example no products like Barista Coffee, Smoothies, some berries. And some people working there could be more friendly. You pay a lot of money and expect some more friendliness.

The rooms were spotless, the hotel was perfectly staffed, and the team was genuinely amazing — super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The real highlight, though, was the company lunch we had there. The buffet was next level: super fresh, an amazing variety, and everything was truly delicious. Honestly, it was probably t...

Service & staff friendly: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Room: 9/10 —I love how quiet of the room but lighting in bedroom could be improved (quite dark with strange spotlight) and the bathroom floor was quite slippery (had to request extra floor towels). Breakfast: 10/10 Overall, a beautiful stay here and the perfect base to explore Ghent!
