My stay at this Parma hotel was nice, with a uniquely beautiful room featuring a striking staircase descending to a spacious bathroom. The location is not bad, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. However, the shampoo and conditioner were insufficient for our two-night stay. The staffs are friendly but weren’t always at reception. The breakfast was just okay for a five-star hotel.

I had a junior suite that was quite underwhelming. Only two windows were roof windows and was pretty dark. Room was overheated for sleep (24 degrees) but could not change anything on temperarture. Also nothing changed after I told reception. Hotel itself is a lovely palace, breakfast was okay but also not outstanding.
