Nazeem has been absolutely wonderful our entire trip, every time we see him our day is made brighter. The bar and rooms are wonderful, although a bit hard to control the temperature. The bar and breakfast has been delicious, with complementary food with all drinks ordered at the bar. Overall wonderful experience, would recommend :D

I only visited the spa so I’m not sure about the hotel. The massage and the whole experience was just ok, but the spa area was beautiful. When you visit a five star spa, you want to have non disposable cups, hot tea, fresh fruit etc. but instead they served lukewarm tea in a paper cup and snack bags. That said, I left feeling relaxed and the staff were friendly.

Service overall was very good. My only complaint was at breakfast where a few staff weren't the best. The greeting lady was lovely but a couple of the waiters were pretty average. Plus the food was poor for breakfast which bumpe...

I had the chance to try the spa and experienced both the massage and the facial. The massage was absolutely excellent very relaxing and professional. However, the facial didn’t quite meet my expectations. It felt a bit underwhelming compared to the overall high standards of the spa. I would also like to sincerely thank Camila at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professio...
