The Michelin Key One-Key designation further underscores its reputation for providing a truly memorable experience.

2. Key Highlights

Guests consistently highlight several aspects that make Norman Hôtel & Spa stand out. The interior design, a tribute to American mid-century artist and designer Norman Ives and the vibrant 1960s Parisian aesthetic, is frequently admired for its beauty, calming colors, and stylish ambiance, particularly in the lobby and suites. The hotel's excellent location, just off the Champs-Élysées, is a major draw, providing both central access and a quiet retreat. The outstanding service from the warm and welcoming staff is another recurring theme in guest feedback. Amenities like the spa, gym, and soundproofing also contribute to a comfortable and luxurious stay.

3. Room Quality

The 37 guestrooms and suites at Norman Hôtel & Spa are celebrated for their comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful design. Rooms are described as spacious, full of light, stylish, and beautifully decorated, often incorporating geometric patterns and abstract art in a sage, mustard, and burgundy color palette. Standard in-room amenities include air conditioning, minibars, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, free WiFi, Nespresso machines, tea-making kits, safes, bathrobes, slippers, and organic bath products. Guests appreciate the spacious and nice marble bathrooms, premium bedding, and blackout drapes for a serene atmosphere. Some rooms offer balconies, with notable options like the Corner Junior Suites with street views, the Terrace Suite featuring a rooftop deck, and the duplex Sky Suite boasting two levels, two bedrooms, and balconies that may offer Eiffel Tower and sunrise views.

4. Dining Experience

The hotel's dining experience centers around Restaurant Thiou, which serves a fusion of traditional Thai and French cuisine. Led by the renowned Chef Apiradee Thirakomen (Chef Thiou), the restaurant has garnered a loyal following for its flavorful dishes, including signature items like crispy soft-shell crabs and aromatic red curry. Guests praise the food as "fantastic." Cooked-to-order breakfast is available daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM for an additional fee of approximately EUR 32 for adults. We stayed at the Norman for a special occasion and had a mixed but ultimately good experience. On the positive side, we were upgraded on arrival, which was appreciated. Coolest hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were moved here from chateau du flures due to construction noise, and were given a very warm welcome by the very nice staff. Our luggage was already in our room… and that’s when we were told we’ve been upgraded to the sky suite, a 2 bedroom rooftop suite, the best one they have. Wow, it was stunning: panoramic views of the Parisian streets, and because...

The lobby staff are friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to attempt to meet your needs. The Thai restaurant there is amazing, and I highly recommend getting a reservation! The spa did not respond promptly to an email request for reservations, which was a small hurdle to securing the massages we wanted, but it all worked out okay in the end. The massages were alright.

!!!BE CAREFUL - BE CAREFUL - BE CAREFUL!!!! Unsafe Stay – Serious Security Issue I stayed at Norman Paris Hôtel & Spa from Dec 18–23, 2025 in the Corner Suite. On my first day, after returning to my room at 9 PM, I found that my luggage had been opened and $100 cash plus a €5,000 jewelry item were missing. I reported this immediately. The Deputy Manager, Margaux, said she didn’t know what to do...
