  • Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour front desk, concierge services, and bike rentals are appreciated. Thoughtful touches like in-room art pieces and quality bath products enhance the stay.

3. Room Quality

Noku Kyoto offers 81 well-appointed rooms, described as comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Rooms are tastefully decorated with a blend of traditional Japanese elements and contemporary touches, featuring a subdued, clean-lined approach with eggshell and blonde wood. Each room includes modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, heating facilities, an electric kettle, a minibar (sometimes complimentary), and free toiletries, including bath salts in the private bathrooms. Various room types are available, from cozy 20 square meter House rooms to more spacious Deluxe (25 sqm) and Premium (26-31 sqm) options, some offering views of the Imperial Gardens.

This is my second time staying at Noku Hotel. First time was in 2019, both times I stayed at Noku Hotel because it was convenient for me after completing my Kyoto Marathon or when I travelled out to Lake Biwa/Sunshine Beach for the Parkrun. They have a carpark, as in all places, space is a constraint so do let the hotel know if you wanna park at their place. Front desk is really helpful to give me...

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and had a great experience. Room was very spacious and the staff was polite and helpful. Location is excellent. Closed to the metro station but also a lot of bus stops nearby that we used to go to the temples.

Room was very spacious. The location is about a 10min bus ride away to Nishiki Market. The bus stop to many attractions was right around the corner. There is also a family mart and 7/11 on the same block.
