  • Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hospitality of the staff, described as friendly, welcoming, cooperative, and professional, is a major highlight.

  • Good Breakfast: The breakfast, offering a varied selection, is generally well-received.

The minimalist décor incorporates a palette of white, wood, and muted jewel tones, anchored by matte black elements. Rooms are air-conditioned and feature satellite LCD TVs, free Wi-Fi, safes, and minibars. Many rooms are described as spacious, with large, comfortable beds and quality bedding. Some rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The hotel provides various room types, including Classic Double Rooms, Superior King Rooms with View, and spacious Family Rooms. The hotel's restaurant offers refined cuisine inspired by local traditions and Italian dishes, with a focus on delicious grilled meat and fish specialties. Guests can enjoy an à la carte menu that includes items like "fiorentina," lamb chops, and salmon trout with shrimp skewers, complemented by a focused wine list featuring local and national selections. The lively lounge bar serves drinks and the restaurant offers the opportunity for breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the veranda in good weather.

Breakfast is available in two options: Italian-style at the bar or a buffet. While generally considered good with a wide variety of options, some guests have noted that the coffee from the machines could be improved and expressed a desire for fresh fruit juices rather than supermarket alternatives.

  • Wi-Fi in Rooms: Some guests have experienced weak Wi-Fi signals in their rooms, although it is generally good in common areas.
  • Limited International TV Channels: A few international guests have expressed disappointment with the limited number of non-Italian TV channels available.
  • Shower Water Temperature: There have been isolated complaints about inconsistent shower water temperature, with hot water quickly turning cold or vice versa.
  • Noise: While many rooms are described as quiet despite being near the highway, some guests staying on the railway side have reported noise from trains. One review also mentioned potential motorway noise due to poor window insulation, contradicting other reports of good sound insulation.
  • Breakfast Quality (Minor Points): Although breakfast is generally good, some guests desire better quality coffee from the machines and fresh fruit juices.

The air conditioning works quietly, a...

Trust me, don't stay in this hotel if you don't want disappointment. It's located just across the highway. Even with the window and blinds are shut, the noise will wake you up at night. Or worse, you won't be able to fall ssleep. It was impossible to get internet connection. The restaurant is too small to accommodate guests during breakfast peak hours. Expect to wait until some tables are free ...

I stayed at this hotel in June .. the room was so comfortable and quiet and I would like to thank all the reception staff for their cooperation, patience, kind smiles, and keenness to serve me in the required manner. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived at this hotel until I left and they treated me like I was their friend. The bar and coffee service was more than wonderful. I would like t...

Basic hotel in terms of amenities, but it has all you need in the room with a good bed and good bathroom. The Tesla Superchargers right outside is a main plus for EV tourists, but the trains run every 2 minutes or so and can be easily heard from inside

very calm and peaceful hotel with friendly staff. Most attractions are within an hour’s drive, making it a great base for exploring the area. For EV drivers, plenty of Tesla chargers are conveniently located just across the street.

This hotel is fine, but Cold breakfast, even the coffee was cold. On the busy train line. Rock hard beds. Not near anything and the check in clerk write my credit card details on paper!
