This was easily the best hotel of our trip — entirely because of the incredible staff. The rooms are comfortable (though a bit on the smaller side), but what truly makes this place special is the team. We stayed for a week in November with our 10-month-old daughter, and despite some rainy weather, they made sure we had a wonderful time. Within a day they had learned our daughter's name, and at bre...

Melia Chiang Mai was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. The toiletries were fine. We didn’t have breakfast, but we really enjoyed the pool and Tien Bar. A special thank you to Leonor, Noelia and Phat for the amazing service, great cocktails, and warm hospitality. The rooftop was also beautiful, and the staff there was very attentive. It was su...

The service was great, the staff working there were...

The restaurant staff also remembered my face and name, and from then on, they greeted me every morning, which made me feel very welcome. I truly appreciated these thoughtful touches. The daily housekeeping and bed-making were also carried out perfectly, allowing me to stay very comfor...

We had a deluxe room. It was very spacious with a modern bathroom. Dining options throughout the hotel were excellent. The breakfast had a lot of variety. Make sure to have a drink, at least, in the bar at the top. Lovely pool area. Staff was exceptional!!
