8. Common Complaints
While reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a few points to note include:
- Lack of traditional hotel amenities: Some guests might find the absence of a traditional reception desk, room service, or televisions unusual, though these are intentional choices contributing to the "guesthouse" feel and are rarely cited as genuine complaints.
- Dinner availability: The in-house dinner service is available five nights a week (excluding Wednesdays), and a light dinner on Mondays, so guests should plan accordingly for other evenings or be prepared to venture out.
- Minimum stay: The three-night minimum stay policy could be a consideration for those seeking a shorter visit.

This was our third stay at Locanda al Colle and we have already booked our fourth! The hotel is beautiful, as are the gardens and the pool area. Every single member of staff is incredibly friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Ricardo is the perfect host and the hotel is extremely well run and maintained. This is one of our favourite places to go for a luxurious, relaxing holiday.

Luckily Heidi was game to split each evening's dinner entrees. The setting ...
