We visited in September for 4 nights and unfortunately our overall experience was poor. Our “Deluxe Or des Sauges” room was infested with millipedes (see photo/video) - each day, we had to get rid of 5-10 of them. They were everywhere: by the bed, in the bathtub, high up on the walls etc. - sleeping while knowing they are crawling around you was not a 5-star experience for us. Reception sent worke...

Nice spa hotel in a beautiful setting. We did not use the spa services which seemed overpriced even for the location. The breakfast were good. We had dinner there once and did not care for it too stuffy with a very limited menu options.

The best part of our stay was by far the restaurant. I recommend dinner there every night of your stay. One of the best culinary experiences my husband and I have ever had and they are very accommodating if you have allergies

Rude waiter was clearly annoyed at our request, gave no menus, we had to ask for bread, we had to find staff to get drinks etc. The worst was the fact that they felt it was ok to treat paying clients with such disdain and arrogance. Very beautiful location and high quality rooms. I would recommend driving slowly in the car park to avoid grounding. People were very welcoming and the view from the pool is amazing as is the view at breakfast.
