The accommodations are spread across the stylish main building (including a suite), a modern annex 25 meters away, and the fully renovated villa "Le Jardin des Princes" located about 300 meters from the main hotel. Dining Experience
The dining experience at Le Val d'Amblève is a significant draw, with its restaurant being a Michelin Guide selection. Chef Ruud Roxs, along with his kitchen team, creates a classical French-Belgian menu with modern, "feisty" touches, focusing on fresh, seasonal, and preferably regional products. Game specialties, such as Ardennes venison, are particularly renowned. Meals can be enjoyed in the spacious restaurant overlooking the garden or on the shady terrace. Breakfast is served buffet-style in the winter garden, described as good, fresh, and savory, though some guests wished for more local Ardennes products. The restaurant also offers set and à la carte menus, with multi-course dinner options being highly appreciated for their quality.

This offers guests comfort, peace, and beautiful landscapes. It's conveniently close to significant regional attractions, including the Abbaye de Stavelot and the famous Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, making it ideal for both cultural visits and motorsport enthusiasts. We came back to Hotel Van d’Amblève after 9 years, and it still has the same wonderful charm. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our rooms by a very friendly lady. The rooms in the annex building have been renovated and are beautifully decorated. We had an excellent night’s sleep. Since our last visit in 2016, the restaurant has also been fully renovated and looks stunning. Breakf...

Excellent service from both the hotel and restaurant, all the staff were very friendly and attentive to details, felt like being very well taken care of during my whole stay. The wellness area was also zen and clean. Will definitely stay there again when I get to visit the surrounding area next time.

The room was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated them talking to me in English because I didn’t know French. The restaurant was very tasty and I loved the meals that they were serving. The free parking was great. I didn’t have any trouble trying to find a place to park. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
