Great location. Could see the metro station right out the window as well as the water on either side. 8 min walk to the old town. Small grocery store across the street. Many, many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly all around. Beds were comfy and place was clean. Housekeeping would come around in the evenings to turn the beds down and provide chocolates. The showers were a weird set...

I arrived in the rain by car and was met by 2 members of the hotel staff who had an umbrella and helped with my bag, a great start to my stay! My studio room looking out on Bellecour was very spacious and well equipped. Bathroom had a large walk in shower and was also well laid out. Every step of my stay the staff were very helpful. Will stay here again!

The location is great and the hotel is nice. We understand that they will soon be undergoing a full renovation due to new ownership by l’Insitut Paul Bocuse so that should be good as the rooms are pretty dated with odd features from a different time (phone plugs next to the beds instead of electric outlets, open showers that leave you feeling cold, lack of towel warmers and space around the sink -...

Everything was perfect! The location is very central, within walking distance of the attractions and shopping streets. We loved the design of the hotel - the lobby, the corridors, the room and the restaurant. The room is spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. All the time we were surrounded by staff members who gave perfect service. We would love to come back!

We were upgraded at check-in so I can't speak to the ordinary rooms but our corner suite was stunningly beautiful and spacious. We walked in the room and immediately both said, "Wow!" The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The bar was beautiful. The restaurant was being rennovated so we can't speak to that. The location was ideal. We would definitely stay ag...

Room was okay, the breakfast we only tried once, as it was a poor experience and after which we started to go to Prett. Real issues with the plumbing and would expect hot water and a sink that drained. Only on my last day did I establish that running the bath at the same time as the sink hot water would come out. The location is great being a stones throw from everything. Reception absolutely stin...
