Hotel was a complete disappointment. The room had no working air conditioning and was unbearably hot. They told to keep the window open vs fixing the issue — in December cold and I ended up getting sick!! The internet in the room barely worked. Each time I complained, I was told it was “fixed,” but it never was. The only staff issue worth mentioning is the person at check-in, who was rude and u...

Was initially disappointed with the hotel as the pictures on booking.com is completely different from reality. However that being said the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are decent, however again not as in the pictures. Facilities were clean and my wife loved the SPA. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Lovely spa hotel with comfy beds, a great breakfast and gorgeous pool. We were welcomed with a glass a of wine, which was a nice touch, and the indoor pool area is so tranquil. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The only slight niggles were that the hotel is in between two main roads, so traffic noise is noticeable. They also don’t have any irons.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is amazing everything has been thoughtfully taken care of. The breakfast is complete and delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cozy, super clean, and comfortable. We also tried lunch at the hotel, and the food was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

It's difficult to have a nice running hotel when you don't have the basics. No tissue in the room, no garbage can except the bathroom. No coffee machines working in the breakfast area for two days in a row, only one salt and pepper shaker for the whole restaurant, and an AC system that doesn't work. This last thing was also confirmed by others. The shower works really well though.
