This place is stunning. The architecture creates a warm welcome and the staff bend over backwards to enhance your stay. The expansion of the property is quite recent and it was clear they need a little more polish in attending to the grounds, but the vision that is emerging will truly be worth it. We had a fabulous dinner both evenings and the wine tasting session was generous and informed.

An amazing property set in the Portuguese vineyard with brand new facilities and an amazing staff. The Brandas bungalows are fantastic and secluded for those looking for peace and quiet, the Elmo restaurant is a great value for money offering authentic portuguese cuisine and their own Lavandeira wine is also top quality. Picnic in nature can also be organised by the staff, guests can rent electric...

There is a big gap between how the place looks and the actual service and restaurant experience: the bathroom door handle in our room broke and wasn’t fixed even after we asked several times. The gardening staff made ...

Really beautiful place - charming and helpful staff who all seemed to enjoy working there. The setting is beautiful, the pool, terrace and gardens are really stunning. Great food, and of course the wine is excellent too. Would definitely recommend.

Lavandeira is a magnificent property, stunning grounds, incredible natural lake pool, modern unique rooms and aesthetically gorgeous dining and patio facilities. The vineyard is picturesque, expansive views and it even has a vintage car collection. Sadly the property needs more experienced staff, much improved food and beverage service and a more friendly and accommodating general manager. We we...

From the moment we walked in we felt so relaxed, from the perfectly scented lobby to the warm welcome by Marianna who took such good care of us. The complimentary glass of crisp chilled in-house Chardonnay at the bar with enchanting views of the vineyard all while listening to a really well curated pla...
