8. Common Complaints

While reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a few minor criticisms have been noted:

  • Non-functioning Amenities: One guest reported a non-functioning balneo bathtub in their room, which was a disappointment given the €400/night price point.
  • Limited Public Review Volume: Some booking platforms, like the Michelin Guide and Tablet Hotels, indicate that they require more verified guest stays to calculate an overall quality score, suggesting that while the reviews are positive, the volume of public, aggregated reviews might not be as extensive as larger chain hotels. However, this does not detract from the quality of the individual feedback available.

This is another story of many that I've lived in Relais&Chateaux hotels. And I keep insisting because many of those are whortwhile. This, on the other hand, despite some positive remarks, remains a disappointment. Especially regarding the price charged for what the hotel delivers. First of all, the hotel is beautiful. I need to express that. It is in a good location, in front of a beautiful lake,...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon trip around France and it was incredible. As most places are, it’s even better than the pictures! The staff was friendly and attentive, the hotel and lakefront was gorgeous, and breakfast at Le Roc was delicious. The true star of the entire weekend was dinner at the 2 Michelin star restaurant by Yoann Conte. It was unlike anything we’ve e...

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The place is beautiful, the views are stunning and the staff cannot be friendlier and more helpful. They really made our trip special, so thank you all! Also, indulge yourself at La Table. It's by no means cheap but it's all worth it for the amazing food, excellent wine recommendations (thank you Tommy) and the fun service

Great location for this boutique hotel on the shores of the lake. Most of the rooms have a great view, and the furniture is classic and modern. Very roomy bathroom. The hotel is the best way to enjoy the amazing restaurants on the first floor. Plenty of activities available (rent a bike for visiting the market in Annecy), massages by the lake, sauna and much more. Excellent service at the receptio...

The junior suite thoughtfully appointed, with a luxurious bathroom and robes, and impeccably clean.
