Despite the quite comfortable rooms, the overall quality is poor and far from what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel with efficient services. Stay here only for the view, and only if the weather is good. A bid expensive for only that.

Comfortable bed , nice view from our room, close by the ski station and way to geneve 🫶🏽 Food and hot vine recommended! 👍

Very warm welcome. Staying there a few days recovering from a long hospitalization, I couldn’t imagine a better place to be. Great care, excellent food and adjusted to my needs. Lovely clean room with the best view ever, and so quite and peaceful for perfect rest time, and gentle walks around the mountain. Thanks to all the team. I couldn’t wish for better.

It could have been perfect - the room and staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome! When we arrived, we were shown to our rooms and told we got a free room upgrade! The room had everything we could possibly need and even the view onto Mt Blanc. Only thing I might say is that it seems our bathroom was for disabled people so there was no curtain or anything which made the bathroom a bit messy a...

What a great hotel with a very warm and polite welcome. The staff of this beautiful hotel is always ready to serve you where possible. Very luxury diner as the restaurant has a Michelin star. And there is an amazing view on the Montblanc and the lake of Geneve from your bedroom window/balcony. Be sure you will go there someday. Greets family Reeuwijk - van Nuland

Cosy mountain refuge, with Tesla chargers! This place is perched on the Jura overlooking the valley, lake, Geneva and the Alps, one of the best views in the area. Just had a really nice brunch. This is quality over quantity, everything designed and crafted by their chef, Thomasson was a treat. Much nicer to see than the large buffets that mainstream hotels offer!
