Some rooms also feature private terraces. Standard in-room amenities include private bathrooms with free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, a coffee machine, and a desk. Design details like carpet patterns evoking vineyards and suspended glass light fittings nodding to champagne bottles add to the immersive experience. 4. Dining Experience
The hotel's gastronomic restaurant, La Grande Georgette, is highly praised. It serves an all-day menu drawing from France's contemporary bistronomic tradition, with a focus on local ingredients and elegant presentation. The open kitchen concept allows diners to watch the chefs at work. Many guests consider dining here a "must-do" and describe the food as "beautifully presented with memorable flavors."

- Room Specifics: A few guests found certain rooms to be "dark" with only an internal courtyard view, while another felt a room was "much too small for a 5-star" and criticized non-separated toilets.
- Occasional Service Lapses: Isolated instances of staff availability at breakfast not always being obvious, or slow/incomplete breakfast service, have been reported. One reviewer mentioned difficulties reaching reception by phone.
- Breakfast Cost: The €31 per person price for breakfast is perceived as high by some.

Amazing hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast stops at 9:45 despite it saying until 10:00 so make sure you’re nice and early cos there’s no leeway - had to walk to a cafe and get a coffee disappointedly. Other than that it’s perfect location, lovely rooms, amazing restaurants and first class service (breakfast aside).

Amazing room upgrade, champagne at check in, left a popcorn maker in the room with popcorn for our child, breakfast catering to gluten free was effortless (including home made GF bread). staff were super lovely and helpful and dining onsite at Little Georgette was delightful. Thank you and wish we could have stayed longer!

It brings me mixed feelings to write this review. To be fair, this hotel is centrally located, and decorated with taste and care. The front-line staff were convivial and helpful during my stay. However, the back-office management - in particular, one person, has ruined the good impression I have had with this hotel. I stayed here as part of an international conference in Reims. As instructed by ...

Loved our stay at La Caserne Chanzy Marriott. Perfect location across from the cathedral, close to restaurants, and walkable to everything. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay. Keep in mind it’s about 30 minutes to Épernay for champagne tours.

The room overlooked the back and was very dark with one small window, but well appointed and spacious enough. Collecting the car via the valet drivers was a bit of a wait, as they're kept somewhere further afield at the moment. Breakfast was good, with chef cooked options if you request them. Hot and cold buffet.
