  • Dining Options & Cost: While generally highly praised, a few guests have found the Blaq restaurant's options limited or consider it to be expensive relative to perceived quality.
  • Accessibility: The hotel's traditional motel-style design means there is no lift access, which could be an issue for guests with mobility challenges, who are advised to request ground-floor rooms.

Absolutely superb. I can’t recommend this place enough. We originally booked the hotel just so we could dine at Blaq, so I wasn’t expecting much from the stay itself. But wow, this place is a true hidden gem. I’m obsessed. They have a private court where you can play tennis or basketball, and you book it exclusively so there’s no sharing with other guests. The same goes for the hot tub, completely...

Wow. What a fantastic experience staying at Kyah. The room was just lovely. The staff Jess, Gigi, Andrew and Pepe were all so accomodating and friendly from the moment we arrived. The facilities like the sauna, games room, tennis & basketball court and hot tub were a perfect way to unwind. Also, a beautiful garden with chickens and nice areas to sit. We also dined in their BLAQ restaurant and the ...

Lovely accommodation in a great location. I’ve stayed here twice now and have enjoyed both my stays. Love that this place is dog friendly, brought my dog on the second stay and it was so nice to bring him with us. The rooms have a modern touch, beds are comfy, and good amenities. The bathrooms are a bit dated but have some modern touches - the toiletries smell heavenly. The rooms are well priced a...

It’s taken me two years to write this review because I honestly wanted to keep this amazing place a secret. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and instantly relaxing. The rooms are beautifully presented and have a lovely fragrance that makes you feel right at home. One of my favourite parts is the spa and sauna — you can book it privately, which means no crowds or int...

The stay is great. Just beware of the scam: We checked out from this hotel (which we enjoyed a lot) last week and keep receiving emails and sms notifying of a new reservation with no dates. The sender has a suspicious email address that bounced upon replying. It seems evident that their reaction system has been compromised by and are sending out phishing emails pretending they came from the hotel...

Amazing value for all that was included with free unlimited hot tub, sauna, bike and tennis court bookings. The overall aesthetic of the hotel was meticulous in its design with inviting colours and decor throughout. The inclusion of a restaurant and a cafe inside the hotel with reasonable pricing was sublime, giving us the flexibility of choosing to stay in and relax or head to the nearby towns fo...
