This was without a doubt the best auberge experience I've ever had. The food, which was the main focus of my trip, was incredibly impressive. Each dish was a masterpiece, combining Ehime ingredients with Tobe ware tableware. It was very simple, yet the kind of creation you could only enjoy here. The wine they served was perfectly matched to the food, and I was impressed all the way to the fi...

I was hoping to see the lake from the window, but the trees were so overgrown that I couldn't see anything at all. 💦 Also, because the trees are so overgrown, mosquitoes can easily get into the room, so be careful. There are no room numbers, so you have to identify them by picture, which is easy to get confused by. I think it would be better to add numbers or at least names like "Chrysanthemum Ro...

We were also given a midnight snack, which made for a great evening drink while gazing at the cherry blossoms. ・Room atmosphere The the...

The main course, dinner, features a variety of plates featuring local ingredients from Ehime Prefect...
