We stayed here in May 2025 and it was AMAZING. Cannot beat the location to Paddington Station, but as soon as you walk down the street, its quiet, calm and did not feel touristy. The room was clean, comfortable, modern. We stayed in large family room so our son could have the pull out. Yes it was a bit tight but the room was lovely. Overall the service was top-notch, kind staff, welcoming. Yoga cl...

It was our first time at Inhabit Queen's Garden and we had a wonderful time. All the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. We asked for a larger room because ours was a little too small for us, and Zahedea kindly arranged for us to have a more spacious room at no extra charge. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the many wellness facilities, but the atmosphere and furnishings...

Very nice and cozy hotel. We booked a „cozy“ room on the first floor. It was small but has everything you need. Very polite, kind and professional employees. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the window was not isolated very good and a falsely firealarm woke us up one day, but that did not worsen our experience. Would 100% book again here.

Staff are kind of ornery here. As a platinum elite member with bonvoy, there was no smiles, no warm welcome, no general good cheer upon arrival as if you’re just some random person who walked in and not a valued guest. What kind of a hotel is this. Might as well be a post office with the type of monotonous attitude displayed here. Just staff being standoffish and not forthcoming with gifts, welco...

DO NOT BUY SPA SEEKERS PACKAGE. My husband and I booked a spa package with a massage and use of the facilities. The sauna and “salt room” were okay. I was told the salt room is pregnancy friendly but the seats were way too hot, which is not pregnancy safe at all. I asked for a pregnancy massage. I was uncomfortable throughout. No towel between my knees. One of my arms got massaged but not the othe...

We stayed three nights at the Inhabit Hotel in London. I want to start by saying that the staff were genuinely kind, welcoming and very helpful. They clearly tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and their friendliness was one of the best parts of our stay. Unfortunately, our first night was by far the worst hotel night I have ever experienced. We stayed in Room 417, which...
