This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities and an awesome staff. I wanted to call out Jacob for being an amazing help when I came out for a company trip and also the blonde haired younger gentleman that was working outside to help us load up the vehicle. This location is central and fantastic and there is so much to do around here. Food is awesome at this place but also all around. Definit...

We stayed two nights at the tail end of a road trip. Excellent location - an easy walk to the park, trails, library and Terry Black’s BBQ. Staff was all very friendly, room was spacious and the pool looked amazing - it was rainy so we didn’t have the chance to use it. I appreciate that they have a car that will take you within 3 miles of the hotel; we didn’t end up using it as we either walked or ...

First will start by saying that I travel a ton and am very picky with hotels. I’m so glad I decided to take a chance on ZaZa for my trip to Austin - the hotel really impressed us! I thought it was really more of a 5-star hotel than 4-star. We booked through Amex and were upgraded to a suite upon check in, which was lovely. Very comfortable and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. They thought ...

We loved our stay at hotel Zaza in Austin. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with amazing customer service. Your check-in starts off with a glass of rosé or a soft chocolate cookie. We found check-in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and decorated tastefully. We really enjoyed the option of two king beds. Our first evening there we had a knock at the door around 6 and they dropped off ...

My wife and I spent three nights at Hotel Zaza downtown in Austin on an anniversary trip. We typically stay at lower tier hotels, but we used points to splurge - it lived up to our expectations and more and was a great getaway. We booked a suite, and the room was large and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the pool and Republic Square. The shower was also very larg...

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great. I see a couple reviews with bad experiences with the staff and I don't get it and had to write this to disagree. We loved our room. Having coffee on each floor was really convenient in the morning. The front desk staff were all nice, the valets were all nice and had a smile for us every time. Thank you for a great stay
