It offers direct access to its private beach. The hotel is approximately 650 feet from the center of Laigueglia. Nearby attractions include Lungomare Angelo Ciccione and Chiesa di San Matteo, both within a 5-minute walk. Laigueglia train station is also just a 5-minute walk away, making it accessible by rail. Prices may fluctuate, with some guests reporting paying €500 per night for a standard room, while others noted it was available for €370 upon arrival.

8. Common Complaints

While feedback is largely positive, a few recurring issues have been mentioned by guests:

  • Room Size: Some guests have found standard rooms to be "extremely small" or "a bit cramped."
  • Bathroom Lighting/Design: A few reviews mention that bathroom lighting could be better or that some bathroom designs (e.g., exposed to the street) lack privacy.
  • Service Inconsistencies: While overall staff performance is highly rated, a few guests have noted instances of staff appearing "insecure," "not very observant," or "nonchalant," or encountered "moody, stern-faced waiters."
  • Restaurant Menu Limitations: One guest, allergic to fish, noted that they could not eat in the hotel restaurant as it primarily serves fish.
  • Parking Cost/Convenience: The €25 per night fee for off-site parking is sometimes mentioned as a minor inconvenience or an additional cost.
  • Beach Shade: One guest noted that shade on the beach was limited from 2:00 PM depending on the location.
  • Children's Facilities: The hotel is welcomed by families, but it is not particularly catered to children.

Beautiful design hotel right on the beach front. The room was lovely and very comfy, we have enjoyed falling asleep with the sound of waves right outside of the window. Had a scenic walk on a beautiful promenade along the shore, all the way to and back from nearby Alassio. Hotel’s breakfast was spectacular, with the best local ingredients, absolutely loved it! Can’t wait to return in the summer.

Wonderful experience in this hotel. A true gem. Service impeccable. Staff amazing always trying to accommodate you. Not charging for your pet, not charging for late check out. Big plus is the sunbed included in the prix. Rooms are amazing. We will come back 100% and stay longer. Don’t change nothing ! Special mention for the barman, super friendly and making amazing cocktails.

Excellent hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff, a wonderful location, and clean and well-designed rooms. Breakfast has everything you'd want. My husband could safely store his bike in the gym. The private beach with spaciously laid out loungers was a huge plus, especially once we saw how crammed together the chairs at the nearby beach clubs were.

Charming hotel with its own sand beach, which is a rare luxury in Italy. The restaurant was perhaps trying too hard, it is not the simple Italian fare you may expect in Liguria - but otherwise everything was fantastic. We will return.

An extremely stylish, thoughtfully designed hotel - full of little touches and care. We stayed for 6 nights, and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First - the location. Right at the beach, with a beach club that doesn’t ram a million deckchairs next to each other (private beach, of course - and you have your own reserved loungers). It’s right at the edge of the...

This is a great little hotel. Perfect location and the staff are fantastic. The best food in Laigueglia is served in their restaurant.
