This is a family run hotel and you feel like you're actually part of the family. I booked directly through the hotel and they were there for me with everything I needed. The stay was amazing, half board was wonderful. Note that the ski-in ski-out access involves going up and down stairs with the skis to reach the ski room, but it's really in a comfortable position in the resort.

This is a very good hotel—charming, comfortable, and staffed by genuinely friendly people who make you feel truly welcome. The team showed great attentiveness in accommodating my wife's food allergy, which we deeply appreciated. The only downside, in our view, is the busy street in front of the hotel, which can be quite noisy
