The hotel was a lovely experience in Sevilla, and the staff went out of their way to help. The breakfast was delicious and rooms very spacious and clean. The design is lovely. It would be nice to have a small gym area, but the pool looks lovely if it had been warmer out!

TLDR: great location. Risk of unclean rooms with faulty construction. Insufficient staffing. For the money, better option elsewhere. First, the hotel has construction issues. Shower doesn’t drain properly in one of the rooms that I stayed in. So the shower floor feels slimy and with some rooms showing black mold in various corners. Other rooms don’t have proper heating. In winter it will not go ...

We spent 5 nights at the hotel and had a fabulous time. The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond. Hugo’s cocktails were amazing and Pablo the concierge was extremely helpful. It is a beautifully decorated space and the rooftop pool was perfect after a day exploring. It is very well located but out of the way of the busy areas, so it was a very peaceful. Would recommend.

No hot water first night then bugs everywhere waking up after 2nd night! Horrific experience made worse by rude, condescending and arrogant staff . Beware ! They sure had a lot of bug killer sprays on hand for such an “unusual “ occurrence. Absolutely worst experience at a 5 star hotel . They had many opportunities to lessen our reaction but didn’t care at all.
