Stayed at hotel Ketchum rather than the resort for a conference. The rooms were spacious and clean! Loved having the sliding glass door to listen to the fountain at the park across the road. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Ended up eating at the hotel rather than the conference. Staff were friendly and the hotel theme was very cute! Very conveniently located to walk to m...

Booked a 3 night stay for $778, they charge my card $1000 (I assumed it was a deposit) then ask for another $170 upon arrival, and then charge my card another $200 the following morning. They also sent the cleaners into my room and tried to boot us from our room after 1 night. I don’t think they’re bad people, I think they have really terrible systems and processes for managing the place. Breakfas...

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago and unfortunately ended our trip early. Before booking, just be aware that the walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything from toilets flushing, footsteps above, and even full conversations in nearby rooms. It made it very difficult to relax or get any rest. The photos online are also a bit misleading, as the property feels much more like a motel...

Lipstick on a pig is what it feels like at this hotel. Our room smells like it used to be a smokers room, there was dried blood on our sheets, and hair in the shower. We’ve been to other renovated motels that have done a great job and have nice products and amenities, this is not one of them. Do not recommend staying here for the price point unless you’re comfortable with a true motel-stay at $400...

We did a last minute 2 night stay at Hotel Ketchum and it was fabulous! From the minute you enter the lobby it has a cozy welcoming feel. The staff were great, hot breakfast every morning, fire pits at night and a cute alcove with great views of the mountains in our room. Just 8 minutes from the Sawtooth Mountains for snow shoeing and you can walk to all the restaurants plus shopping. We highly ...
