We stayed at Hotel Genevieve for one night as a little stay‑cation getaway downtown, and it was absolutely wonderful. I didn’t realize at first that it was a Hyatt hotel, which was a great surprise and definitely a plus! From start to finish, the experience was delightful. Parking is essentially valet only, and while it’s a bit pricey, it’s comparable to any overnight parking downtown—and the conv...

My husband and I went to Louisville for a quick weekend trip and loved our stay there. The design of the hotel is beautiful, and there are touches of luxury throughout. The toiletries and robes in the bathroom made for an elevated experience every day. The location was great - walkable to many different bars, restaurants and shops in the NuLu district. We even walked all the way to Whiskey Row, 4t...

Visiting Louisville for business and I typically stick to Marriotts for the loyalty program, however, Hotel Genevieve was highly recommended by a local friend so I decided to mix it up. I stayed in a deluxe king and it was absolutely charming, freshly decorated, and aesthetic which adds a lot to the mood when you’re traveling for work. It’s located directly across the street from La Bodeguita, a m...

Adorable boutique hotel in a great downtown location, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable with a great bed, spacious shower, and Le Labo bath products are a nice touch. The hotel has a lively atmosphere with live jazz and a cover charge in the evenings, and the rooftop offers a lovely view. The only thing we missed was having a mini fridge in the room. V...

I had a wonderful experience here and so did my kids !! The rooms were clean and lovely and all the staff was quite friendly towards us. The restaurant was beautiful too :) One thing that especially stuck out to me though, was the valet. The one who moved our car , I believe her name was Jaimi, she was super friendly and reliable. She'd have our car to us in a jiffy! 10/10 experience the whole fam...

I want to love this cute boutique hotel. But the lighting in the rooms is too dark. I’m In 408 which has a darker shade of paint throughout. I think a lighter color paint on walls would be more welcoming. A few more recessed or ambient lighting would make a world of difference too. The beds/pillows are super comfortable. Although I wish they would use unscented laundry detergent for those with all...
