You need to get escorted to open your room. Doors would not work. Breakfast okay but not the greatest. For a 4 star establishment definitely not a great selection.

Good location, easily accessible by car, and free parking is a bonus. The hotel was stylish and our room was comfortable with a well designed bathroom. Our only concern was that our room was located on the restaurant side of the hotel which felt a bit more tired; this impression wasn't helped by the ancient creaking lift that took us to the third floor.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in the city. The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, and speak multiple languages (I barely speak French so this was a HUGE positive for me). The rooms are nice and cozy so you feel comfortable staying for long periods of time. The hotel is also in an area where everything is very walkable. You will be able to get a small outdoor mall, do some sightseeing, ...

We came here for the restaurant, had a drink in the bar, entertained by a guest guitarist, she was very good. Enjoyed dinner in the vast dining hall. Well worth a visit. Haven't stayed at the hotel.
