What a beautiful hotel 🌟! We stayed in the superior room and just lived it. I will be honest, there is a tram that runs by the room and gives it a good loud rumble, but I am also from Chicago Proper and don’t mind the sounds of trains and buses going by. Shower was perfect. Everything was clean and we slept well. The service was lovely! Highly recommend!
