Potentially my favorite hotel in Zermatt. Subjective, of course - I understand why Omnia ranks highly and also think that Mont Cervin Palace is a great place, but the prime location, amazing staff, perfect rooms and general charme of the estate just work beautifully. I see the Matterhorn from my room and from my breakfast table - the breakfast itself is perfect - e.g., fresh fruit, various kinds ...

The team is very caring from the arrival at the reception till the breakfast (which is very good and in a wonderful room with a glass ceiling). Special mention to the Bar team for their warm welcome, kindness, and friendly pricing. Will definitely come back !
