We really enjoyed our stay here! The concierge was so attentive and helpful, they arranged all of our activities as requested. They welcomed us with a cake and some chocolate (and you get different chocolate every day.) Our room was warm and clean, it’s so cute and it felt just like home. The breakfast was delicious as well. I’d definitely recommend trying their Smisthonite facial treatment at the...

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The room was stunning — beautifully designed, very authentic, and felt both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The location is perfect: we could easily walk everywhere in Megeve, and for anything slightly further, the hotel’s complimentary transfers made it effortless. The service was outstanding. The team helped us with everything we needed (an...

Went for the hot chocolate experience. The time for four hot chocolates even when considering the process took longer than expected. That would’ve been fine considering that many customers were at the sitting area at the time, however forgetting the whipped cream and then stating that no spoons were available (despite them being visible behind the station)is simply not on par for a hotel with this...

Unfortunately, our expectations for our stay were not fully met, and we would like to explain why. From the very first day, there were moments that felt inappropriate for a five-star hotel. When we arrived, a receptionist kindly offered to escort us to our room. However, when we reached the elevator, it opened with two housekeeping staff inside, standing with cleaning equipment, buckets, brushes,...

The stay was amazing, the location is lively, five minutes from ski lifts, and the chocolatier is best in town. The breakfast is perfect. The staff, rooms, and service are excellent. The only thing needs an upgrade is the TV, it’s too small and old and does not support smart applications or online streaming. Otherwise, I would definitely come back here for future stays.

A lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location in megeve. We all had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault anything. The hotel and rooms were very lovely and quintessential. The rooftop bar was amazing and a favourite daily pre dinner drink stop for us. All of the staff were very lovely, friendly and helpful. Everywhere looked incredible and very festive. Already planning our next visit.
