From the moment we booked, Maria Tiralongo was the most gracious and attentive host. She provided incredibly detailed instructions prior to our arrival, which made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. To our surprise, she upgraded us to the Ju...

Andrea, Maria & Vincenzo were all so great. Andrea was the bar manager, and honestly made our stay even better. He was extremely helpful as a native to Noto. Chatting with him at the bar were some of my best memories of my trip. Maria an...

The rooms are sumptuous and well-decorated, with modern and updated in-room bathrooms and with high ceilings. The buffet-style breakfast was diverse and tasty. The hotel staff are friendly and will give great recommendations for dining. Cocktails or coffee on Gagliardi's...

We took the lift to level 2 and found the most spectacular location. We sat for about 20minutes before someone came to take our order. We all had favourite cocktails in mind…. For the waiter to realise that...
