- Minor Room Details: During private-room breakfasts, minor details like visible dust around ceiling ventilation mesh or slightly dull surroundings were noted by one guest, though not significantly detracting from the overall positive experience.
Overall, Fufu Nara stands out as an exceptional luxury destination in Nara, highly recommended for those seeking a serene escape with top-tier service, exquisite design, and the indulgence of private hot spring baths.

FuFu resorts have always exceeded my expections and FuFu Nara is no exception. Service is excellent from the time you arrived. As we drove, the staff took care of parking the car as the car park is limited. Checked in was at the lounge with a welcome drink. As this stay came with dinner and breakfast, they reconfirmed the time and food allergy that my husband has. After that, they will show you to...

I visited this restaurant in Japan and, unfortunately, left feeling quite disappointed. As a foreign guest, it was hard not to feel unwelcome. While the staff maintained polite smiles, it came across as forced rather than genuine hospitality. One major issue was how they prioritized Japanese customers over others. Even though I arrived earlier, they seated local guests who came after me. Without ...

The hotel design both interior and public area is very impressive and I love every scent the hotel has given us. The subtle wood smell in side the room is very adorable. The private semi outdoor area also allows sunlight & greenery. However, I prefer to have bath towel hooks for convenience. Also TV better to include Netflix and is not so user friendly. We have to seek staff to come to our room to...

This is truly one of the best stays I’ve ever been on… everything about the resort was above and beyond. The room was stunning and so comfortable. In fact, we loved the attention to detail and the incredible design products that were available in the room. The best part of the interiors were the lighting placements which highlight the beauty of the space. The staff are also very warm and friendly...

This is our 2nd stay within the Fufu chain. We had a great impression of our first stay (Fufu Hakone) and decided to give Fufu Nara a try. It was a Splendid stay again. We stayed in the Stylish Room with Half board meal option. Meals were exquisite, probably the best meal we had in 2025. We opted for Kaiseki dinner for one night and Teppanyaki for the other.
